Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery times:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia: 8–20 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
From time to time, Benito Living may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
Customers may also track eligible orders through the Shop app.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Benito Living is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Benito Living is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
